At Cuzoluve, we appreciate your trust in our products, and we want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our return and refund policies.


Return Timeframe:

Our policy allows returns and exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund or return.


Return Policy:

We understand the importance of customization in each order, and all items are meticulously crafted according to your specifications. Due to the high level of personalization, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there is an error on our part, we will gladly facilitate a return or exchange. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

In the event of an error on our part, we may request photos for verification, and a replacement will be promptly arranged.


    Non-eligible Refund Requests:

    We regret to inform you that we cannot process return/refund requests under the following conditions:

    1. Lost orders due to customer address misrepresentation.
    2. Undamaged items with customers changing their minds.
    3. Product damage caused by the customer.

    Refund Amount and Method:

    • Full refund: Cancellation within 24 hours or before design proofs are sent.
    • Partial refund: After sending design proofs, with a charge of $5-$15 per design. Shipping fees are included in the partial refund if the request is eligible.
    • Refund methods: PayPal, Credit card.

    Required Actions:

    To initiate a return/refund request, please provide the following information:

    1. Digital receipt from our store or reply to one of our order notification emails.
    2. Reason for the return/refund request.

    Kindly allow us 24 hours to respond to your email, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Please refrain from returning the item until your request eligibility is confirmed.

    If your return is eligible, you are responsible for the return shipping fee. Lost return items are not eligible for a refund.


    Expected Time for Refund:

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method.


    Late Refund:
